Adventus is Latin for the arrival (of light)

The Advent season is therefore a time of preparation, a time to open up and remember the power within us that is waiting for its full awakening. Year after year, you yourself are reborn - to become the best version of yourself. I have written a new Advent calendar for you this year. This Advent calendar should not only accompany you through Advent, but also help you with inputs and exercises to feel and perceive your spark of light, your glow again, by letting go of what weighs you down with inputs and exercises and helping you to get closer to yourself again. You will find inspiration and exercises on the individual cards. You also have the option of listening to a daily voice message in which I go into more detail about the topic of the day or an exercise and guide you through Advent. I recommend that you get yourself a nice book or notebook in which you can write down all your thoughts that come to you during this time together. You can also use the book as a Rauhnacht diary if you wish.

New calendar, new design, new texts>>

Every day there is also a short meditation or short voice message with input on the respective topic, and much more. Unfortunately, the voice messages are in German As a supplement to the calendar, you can also listen to the light chain videos that I created a few years ago on my YouTube channel Seelenarbeit by Margaretha Brunner. As the topics discussed are timeless, you can listen to the videos again this year as an accompaniment to delve even deeper into the various topics.
